Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for a Systems Analyst** **CONTEXT** We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join the Finance Implementation Projects (FIP) team within the Finance Solutions Office of an international banking environment. You will contribute to large\-scale Finance transformation initiatives, working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and technical teams based in Portugal and Paris, you will design, implement, and maintain financial interfaces between operational banking systems and Finance platforms. This role offers exposure to complex Finance projects, banking products, accounting processes, and international stakeholders, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals interested in Finance IT and systems design. **MAIN MISSION** To design, implement, and maintain financial interface solutions that support the Finance transformation roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of Finance projects while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and collaboration across international teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Collaborate with Project Managers throughout all phases of Finance implementation projects. * Contribute to the rollout of the One Financial System (OFS) across different business areas. * Analyse business and technical requirements related to Finance and accounting systems. * Design and document technical and functional specifications for financial interfaces. * Define data flows and interface structures between operational systems and Finance platforms. * Configure and maintain accounting interpreters and related Finance solutions. * Coordinate activities with Business Analysts, development teams, and international stakeholders. * Participate in project planning, progress tracking, and project governance meetings. * Contribute to project risk identification and propose workaround solutions when necessary. * Support testing activities, including functional, accounting, reporting, and integration testing. * Provide post\-implementation support and ensure the maintenance of financial interfaces. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Finance system enhancements. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * \+ 3 years of professional experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Finance IT, or similar roles. * Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Experience participating in IT or Finance transformation projects. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. * Experience working in international and cross\-functional environments. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Autonomous, proactive, and solution\-oriented mindset. * Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services is highly valued. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Systems Analysis * Functional \& Technical Specifications * Financial Information Systems * Project Management * Functional Testing * Accounting Interfaces * Data Flow Design * MS Excel * Banking Products * Capital Markets Products * General Accounting *(nice to have)* * Banking Accounting *(nice to have)* **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
