The Role Personal Schedule Assistant (remote) This role does not involve fieldwork or service delivery. It does not involve collections or closing deals. Your role is to organize, communicate and create opportunities, ensuring a high-quality schedule for our team. What You Will Do: Contact individuals and entities in Braga (Braga district) and offer a service (this is not sales — it is an offer/service from our company to promote our work); Use your mobile phone, social media, internet, etc. to generate opportunities/contacts; Contact, for example: businesses such as hair salons, beauty clinics, music schools, institutions and others, to establish partnerships, present our project, and schedule appointments for our collaborators to visit clients’ homes on a chosen day to perform a free carpet cleaning; Schedule visits according to calendar availability; Manage and organize the daily schedule; Confirm all appointments 24 hours before the visit; Ensure only confirmed, high-quality appointments remain on the schedule; All your work is reflected in the schedule.
