Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Operator to join the Continente Bom Dia team in Proença-a-Nova, supporting multiple areas including checkout, restocking, and fresh produce, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to support various store departments, performing essential functions to ensure the best experience for our customers: **Checkout:** You will be the person our customers interact with at the end of their shopping journey. Your role is vital in delivering a positive experience. Here, empathy is key. You must actively listen to customers’ needs, answer questions, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Your smile will make all the difference! **Restocking:** Proper organization and adequate product replenishment are essential to our store’s success. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized. Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to work quickly and accurately. **Fresh Produce:** The fresh departments — including butcher, deli, bakery, fruits & vegetables, fishmonger, and café — are the heart of our store.
