The ATOMSTACK S20 Pro laser adopts the first 130W semiconductor and the latest fourth-generation four-beam laser coupling technology at 6W each, achieving an output laser power of 20W. Additionally, it features a 32-bit motherboard, integrated 256-level grayscale processing, and an offline touchscreen control panel—enabling high-contrast engraving and ultra-deep cutting, as well as fully offline operation without network connectivity. The ATOMSTACK laser cutter with its most advanced 20W compressed-spot laser delivers more powerful and faster cutting. It can cut 15–20 mm thick wooden boards and 8–10 mm thick black acrylic sheets in a single pass, and easily processes over 40 materials—including 0.05 mm thick stainless steel plates. With the included air assist kits, cutting speed increases significantly, and edge smoothness becomes markedly cleaner compared to 5W and 10W lasers lacking air assist kits. There are three operating methods (Computer via USB / Touchscreen / Mobile Phone App). We have developed the ATOMSTACK APP to connect to the S20 Pro laser engraving machine, supporting both Android and Apple mobile operating systems. Moreover, it is equipped with a touchscreen and emergency stop button, enabling fully offline engraving. Thus, even without internet or a computer, you can begin engraving and cutting immediately. The S20 PRO laser cutting machine is equipped with an upgraded professional F30 air assist kit featuring dual integrated air pumps—making it twice as efficient as other air assist units.
