




**Program Objective:** To provide interns with practical experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on front desk operations, and guest relations. Interns will develop skills in communication, customer service, problem\-solving, and multitasking, preparing them for future roles in hospitality. **Key Responsibilities:** **Guest Relation:** Welcoming and checking in/out guestsAnswering queries about facilities, local attractions, and transportation Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints Offering personalized recommendations for local experiences **Front Desk Operations:** Using booking systems (online and in\-house software) Learn how to make cash and card payments Answering phone calls and responding to emails Coordinating room assignments and managing reservations Engage with travelers, receive orders, and deliver beverages and refreshments following WOT protocols **Housekeeping:** To assist in keeping the hotel clean together with WOT cleaning ninjas staff **F\&B:** Setting up and organizing the buffet breakfast before guests arrive Supporting the bar. **Maintenance of Common Areas:** Ensuring common areas are tidy and well\-maintained Stocking supplies (brochures, maps, snacks) at the front desk Supporting housekeeping when needed **Teamwork and Communication:** Coordinating with management and other departments Attending team meetings and contributing ideas for improving the guest experience * Currently enrolled in an education program * Able to provide an internship agreement * EU Citizen or have a VISA * Ready to Learn and have fun
