Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Programmer to join a leading team in the fenestration industry, focused on programming Schirmer machines for cutting and machining of profiles. Headquartered in Montijo, we are currently seeking a Machine Programmer to join our team and ensure programming of **Schirmer** machines for cutting and machining of fenestration profiles. **Key Responsibilities:** * Programming cutting and machining operations using Preference software; * Transferring programs to Schirmer machines; * Creating and optimizing geometries; * Interpreting technical drawings and supporting production startup; * Collaborating on continuous process improvement. **Candidate Profile:** * Technical education in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar (preferred); * Experience in CNC machine programming; * Knowledge of Preference, Schirmer, and CAD/CAM (preferred); * Familiarity with fenestration systems (Technal, Schüco, SAPA, and Cortizo); * Ability to interpret technical drawings, logical reasoning, and quality orientation. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * A stable and collaborative work environment; * Participation in diverse, large-scale projects; * Exposure to innovative processes and equipment.
