As a **Customer Support Representative**, you will: * Provide top\-notch telephone support to our customers in German. * Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services. * Manage customer requests, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, and address modifications). * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes. **What We're Looking For:** * **Fluency in German**: You must be able to communicate effectively in German (minimum C1 level).
