We are supporting a growing civil construction company headquartered in the Almada region, aiming to strengthen its technical team by hiring a **Civil Engineer – Site Management and Project Supervision**. This is an operationally intensive role involving construction project management and team leadership, embedded within a dynamic, young, and growing organizational structure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise ongoing construction projects; * Manage in-house teams and coordinate subcontractors; * Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs; * Ensure coordination with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on-site; * Identify and resolve on-site issues; * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards; * Support negotiation and closure of business opportunities linked to ongoing projects. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction project supervision, management, or direction; * Solid knowledge of team management and subcontractor coordination; * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to travel and provide on-site project supervision; * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; * Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile; * Leadership ability, resilience under pressure, and results-driven mindset; * Availability and flexibility to meet the operational demands of the role; If you are seeking a new challenge in Civil Engineering—with direct on-site involvement, team leadership, and growth potential—submit your application.
