Role * Preparation and monitoring of financial analyses to support management decision-making; * Analysis of the company's P\&L; * Budgeting and forecasting; * Monitoring and analysis of budget variances; * Support in executing the monthly financial report; * Analysis of the company's financial KPIs. Profile * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; * Professional experience of up to 3 years in Management Control (preferred) or data analysis; * Solid computer skills, including advanced Excel (mandatory), Power Query (preferred), Power BI (mandatory), SAP—particularly SAP Retail (preferred); * Knowledge of the retail sector (preferred); * Knowledge of accounting; * Good English language skills; * Strong team spirit; * Excellent critical and analytical ability; * High resilience; * Strong time management skills.
