#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Coordinate and guide the team of site supervision technicians, ensuring alignment of priorities across each work front;
* Act as specialized support for resolving complex issues and enabling rapid on-site decision-making;
* Validate team suitability for projects, promoting continuous training and adherence to productivity standards;
* Simultaneously supervise multiple work fronts while maintaining a strategic perspective across the entire portfolio;
* Ensure strict compliance with schedules, construction methods, and applicable quality standards;
* Monitor deadlines and identify deviations early, implementing corrective actions to safeguard profitability;
* Ensure rigorous updating of all technical data and records in the company’s management systems and ERP;
* Reporting to Senior Management: Consolidate information on project progress, risks, and financial indicators for reporting to top management;
* Client Interface: Manage the relationship with the project owner, align expectations, and mediate resolution of potential conflicts;
* Ensure implementation of internal procedures and monthly validation of measurement certificates and cost reports for each project.
#### **Who We Are Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
* Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers;
* Training in Occupational Health and Safety (preferred);
* 3–5 years of direct, proven experience in site supervision, inspection, or construction project management;
* Experience coordinating on-site teams;
* Willingness to travel nationwide for site visits;
* Strong organizational skills and rigor in schedule monitoring;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions;
* Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
* Proficiency with digital tools.
