Description Providing pharmaceutical care to patients, including appropriate technical guidance and responsible follow-up; Dispensing medications while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and professional best practices; Participating in pharmaceutical services and monitoring patients’ therapeutic regimens; Supporting internal pharmacy routines, including receiving and verifying orders, organizing products, and assisting with stock control; Actively contributing to the team’s daily work, enhancing service efficiency and quality of patient care. Profile Integrated Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with valid registration in the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Association; Previous experience in community pharmacy (preferred); Clear communication skills, professional demeanor, and strong sense of responsibility; Organizational ability, rigor, and attention to detail; Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within a team.
