Job Summary: The Folks is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to handle customer service, menu presentation, food and beverage service, and collaboration with the team in a dynamic environment. Daily learning in a continuously growing sector **The Folks**, with 6 locations across Lisbon, is currently recruiting a **Waiter/Waitress** to join its team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and assistance in the dining area; * Menu presentation and clarification of customer inquiries; * Order registration and transmission; * Table service of food and beverages; * Transporting beverages and dishes to tables; * Clearing and resetting tables; * Assisting with organization and cleaning of the workplace; * Collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure high-quality service; * Cash register opening and closing; **We Offer:** * Employment contract; * 40-hour workweek; * 2 rotating days off per week; * Attractive working hours; * Base salary + meal allowance (Meal Card: €10.20/day worked) + holiday allowance + Christmas allowance; * Additional income from *tips* and performance-based bonuses; * Daily breakfast provided; * Integration into a dynamic team and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to learn more about the **specialty coffee** industry and engage in daily learning within this continuously growing sector. **Requirements:** * Hospitality experience is valued but not mandatory; * Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn; * **Good command of English**, sufficient to communicate with customers and understand orders and requirements; * Proficiency in **Portuguese** is highly valued; * Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset; * Valid identification document: Citizen Card, Residence Permit, or Letter of Interest accompanied by Passport + NISS/NIF; * **Availability to work across multiple/rotating locations (Alfama, Sé, Blue Street, Baixa Chiado, Belém, and Santos);** * **Immediate availability is ideal.** If you meet the above criteria, please submit your application.
