Our focus is innovation, and we need people like you: with fresh ideas and the motivation to put them into practice! **Tech Management (m/f)** We are seeking a Tech Management professional responsible for supporting the IT Systems and Applications Management team. This team ensures the management, maintenance, and evolution of application infrastructures and technological platforms—both on-premises and in the Cloud. The mission is to guarantee stability, efficiency, and technological evolution through rigorous administration and proactive maintenance of infrastructures, ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical applications. You will act as a support point for Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams, promoting process automation, intelligent monitoring, and continuous innovation—contributing to operational excellence and a differentiated technological experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * System and Platform Administration (on-prem and Cloud); * Maintenance of application servers (Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, etc); * Support to Application Support, Development, and Product Owner teams; * Enhancement of automation, design of alerting and monitoring mechanisms; * Single point of contact / Dispatcher for the area; * Technical project follow-up assigned to the team; **Technical Requirements:** * Operating system administration: Scripting, Hardening, Tuning * **Application maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting (Apache, MySQL, NGINX, HAProxy, …)** * Focus on System and Application Security * Strong troubleshooting / post-mortem analysis skills * Familiarity with monitoring and operational support platforms (Nagios, Prometheus, …) * **Networking knowledge and application/service load balancing expertise** * Programming knowledge (Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, Go, ...) * CI/CD knowledge * Experience implementing services (new deployments and migrations) in Cloud environments (IaaS/Kubernetes/others) * **Operational automation knowledge (Ansible/Terraform/Helm, …)** * Knowledge of core ITIL processes **Desired Profile:** * Dynamism, objectivity, and proactivity * Organizational ability and cross-team collaboration skills * Resilience and adaptability to change, diagnostic and problem-solving capability * Interpersonal communication skills * Motivation and customer orientation * English language proficiency * Availability for 24x7 preventive and reactive interventions **What We Offer:** * Excellent working environment; * Competitive remuneration aligned with proven experience; * Opportunities for continuous training; * Health insurance including dental coverage; * 22 vacation days + birthday leave; * Hybrid work model (Lisbon).
