YOUR ROLE We are looking for a Tech Lead with experience in NodeJS & React to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for: * Implementing best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes within the team * Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices * Resolving technical issues and overcoming challenges during project implementation * Acting as a technical expert and champion of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and the company YOUR PROFILE * Academic background in Computer Engineering or a related field * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software development, with a backend focus (Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript) and frontend focus (React, Next.js, Flutter) * Database knowledge (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) * Understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD (GitHub Actions) * Experience in agile project management * Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Knowledge of database administration, system architecture and design, and network administration * Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team * Proficiency in Portuguese * Embracing Capgemini’s values — Boldness, Trust, and Team Spirit — promoting collaboration and proactively presenting solutions WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE At Capgemini Portugal, we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment.
