Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our team, with a focus on managing and defining requirements and delivering digital solutions for enterprise users in projects leveraging innovative technology. Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid) We are recruiting a **Product Owner** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid mode. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (preferred); * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles; * Practical experience in managing and defining requirements and delivering digital solutions for enterprise users; * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Clickup, Microsoft Project or similar tools; * Experience in monitoring and managing financial projects (valued); * Experience with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall); * Experience integrating PPM tools with ERP systems, Business Intelligence platforms such as DOMO or other enterprise solutions (valued); * Willingness to travel within Portugal; * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in projects involving innovative technology and international scope; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
