Job Summary: Data Analyst to interpret and analyze customer data, optimizing management decision-making and company performance. Key Highlights: 1. Design and development of strategies based on large volumes of data 2. Application of analytical models to assess effectiveness and identify improvements 3. Cross-functional analysis of data across all business areas JOB PURPOSE Interpret internal and external customer data to facilitate and optimize management decision-making and company performance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Design and development of strategies through recurring manipulation and analysis of large volumes of data, based on structured and normalized datasets. * Application of analytical models and analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, identify improvement opportunities, define action plans, and present recommendations to the management team for subsequent adjustment and implementation. * Analysis of cross-functional data and variables across all business areas, including portfolio performance, effectiveness of levers, customer behavior forecasting, portfolio re-evaluation, customer profitability, productivity, judicial management, among others. * Preparation of reports, analyses, and proposals directed to the management team and other organizational departments. * Compliance with environmental best practices in an office context. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS & COMMUNICATIONS **INTERNAL:** * Operations; * Finance; * IT / Information Systems; * *Master Servicing*; * Senior Management Team. **PERSON SPECIFICATION**: **FORMAL EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION** * Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. **KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE** * Databases; * Excel; * PowerPoint and other industry-standard tools; * Good command of English; * Knowledge of SQL (preferred). * Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
