Role: Data Platform Engineer Location: Lisbon or Porto, Hybrid Required Skills: * Data Platform Engineer with hands\-on experience operating and evolving data platforms based on Redis and/or Elasticsearch * Proven experience working with distributed systems and data environments, with a focus on scalability, performance, and stability * Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases and/or search systems, including data structures, indexing, and query optimization * Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (valued) * Familiarity with automation practices, including scripting or tools such as Ansible or Terraform * Solid troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in production environments * Focus on system reliability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement * Clear and pragmatic communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams We offer: * No\-term full\-time contract; * Health Insurance; * 22 days of paid vacation; * 4 extra days annually (Carnival, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Birthday); * Meal Allowance on card (Coverflex); * Referral Bonus; * Special discounts and flex options; * Training annual budget; * A great team\-oriented culture; * Chance to become a part of a dynamically growing international company; * Challenging projects giving the unique opportunity to grow and learn.
