Job Summary: BSO Consulting is seeking a Full-Stack / DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Transformation & AI team, responsible for end-to-end development of digital products. Key Highlights: 1. A collaborative environment fostering continuous learning and growth. BSO Consulting is seeking a Full\-Stack / DevOps Engineer to join our Digital Transformation \& AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development of our digital products—from building APIs and modern interfaces to implementing AI agents and automating the delivery lifecycle. We seek someone with strong software engineering orientation, enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and a desire to work in an environment where AI is embedded into the development process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop full\-stack applications using Python/FastAPI and Next.js; * Build and integrate AI agents using Claude, LangGraph, and other emerging technologies; * Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate development and delivery processes; * Create and manage environments using Docker and CI/CD; * Collaborate on architecture, evolution, and maintenance of the company’s digital products; * Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, code quality, and DevOps. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of software development experience; * Solid knowledge of Python; * Proficiency in Git and version control; * Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies; * Interest in Full\-Stack development, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence; * Ability to learn quickly, technical rigor, and collaborative mindset; * Familiarity with FastAPI, Next.js, CI/CD, and cloud architectures is a plus. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a specialized team focused on Digital Transformation and AI; * Participation in developing innovative technological products; * Projects delivering real impact to organizations; * A collaborative environment, continuous learning, and growth opportunities; * Hybrid work model based in Lisbon.
