Opportunity for promotion to head bartender **Bartender \| Noitada Bar \| Lisbon — Part\-time / Full\-time** Noitada is one of the liveliest bars on Rua Nova do Carvalho — Lisbon's famous Rua Cor\-de\-Rosa. We are seeking a skilled, quick, and charismatic bartender to join our team in one of the city's most dynamic nightlife areas. **Your Responsibilities** Prepare classic and house cocktails consistently and with technical precision — from the Espresso Martini to the Aperol Spritz, from the Negroni to the Mojito. Efficiently manage the bar during peak hours while maintaining quality and pace. Serve and interact naturally and professionally with international guests. Suggest drinks, perform genuine upselling, and contribute to increasing the average table spend. Keep the bar organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout your shift. Collaborate closely with fellow bartenders and waitstaff. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Minimum 1 year of bartender experience, preferably in cocktail bars or nightlife venues. Fluent English is mandatory — most of our guests are tourists. Additional languages are valued. Speed, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure. Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to quickly learn house recipes. Professional appearance and positive energy.
