Come be part of Inetum! **Job Description** **Area:** DGU Global Apps Factory **Proven experience in:** * Custom development, software engineering, design, maintenance, testing, and continuous product evaluation; * Ensuring conditions for automated *delivery* (pipelines, *quality gates*, *deploy* strategies, *rollback*, and *versioning*); * Managing technical debt as a product and strong adherence to **Agile** practices (planning, refinement, review, retro, and using the backlog as a technical management tool); * Designing and validating solutions aligned with business needs; * Ensuring alignment with **Security**, **Development**, **Architecture**, and **Business Continuity** guidelines. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Up to 15 years of experience; * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; * Strong critical analysis capability and focus on problem solving; * Commitment to delivery quality; * Knowledge of the **Energy \& Utilities** market and **GDPR**; * Knowledge of **Agile** methodologies and tools **JIRA** and **Confluence** (preferred); * Experience in strategic projects; * Language proficiency (spoken and written): **English** (mandatory), **Portuguese** (preferred), **Spanish** (preferred); * Knowledge of application technologies; * Practical (*hands\-on*) experience with these technologies; * Experience designing complex solutions. **Preferred:** * Knowledge and experience in **ITIL**, with comfort in **Incident / Problem / Change**, **SLA** management, and controlled operations. **More technically:** * Proven knowledge and experience with cloud platforms **Azure** and **GCP**; * Large-scale databases, **SQL** and **NoSQL**; * **Linux** and **Windows** operating systems, preferably with scripting language knowledge on these OSes; * Experience with programming languages **C\+\+**, **Java**, **PHP**, and **Node.js** (and their respective ecosystems), with ability to perform ad-hoc development and, especially, technical code reviews; * Technical experience with **Microsoft SharePoint Online**: architecture, features, and development in **TypeScript**; * **IoT (core skills)** knowledge: device lifecycle (*provisioning*, updates), telemetry ingestion, event\-driven architectures, common protocols (e.g., **MQTT**, **HTTP**), and design for variable volumes and latencies; * Experience with **Digital Signatures**: managing digital signature applications, **PKI/certificate** concepts, key management, timestamping, and signature validation—including scenarios involving millions of signatures; * Regarding **Document Archiving**: **OpenText** technology, storage standards, immutability where applicable, metadata, retention policies, and ability to design robust integrations with repositories and archiving services; * **APIs** and integration patterns.
