We are currently recruiting a **Driver** (m/f) for our **Central Sterilization Unit**. **Why join CUF?** Please refer to the job description section, located on the final pages of this document. **How will you make a difference?** * Operate motor vehicles in compliance with the National Traffic Code, following established routes and schedules for transporting medical devices or other cargo—within urban areas or on trips to other locations—ensuring collection and delivery at predetermined sites within healthcare facilities; * Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle to ensure its optimal condition; * Adhere to predetermined vehicle route plans, cleaning schedules, and inspection protocols, implementing appropriate measures to prevent or resolve any incidents to ensure safety; * Ensure collection and delivery of medical devices to clients according to agreed activities with healthcare facilities (clients), completing all required documentation; * Assume responsibility for cargo transportation and delivery—within urban limits or on trips to other locations—performing, supervising, and assisting in loading and unloading operations, in accordance with service requirements. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Completion of the 9th grade of schooling (or equivalent in Portugal) **(mandatory)**; * Valid driving license: Category B **(mandatory)**; * Residence permit in Portugal, for foreign applicants **(mandatory)**; * Experience in similar roles **(preferred)**. * Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM / 11:30 AM–8:30 PM / 3:00 PM–12:00 AM **(mandatory)**. **How do we take care of you?** * Direct employment contract with CUF; * Integration into a solid, innovative, and growing organization; * Initial and ongoing training through the CUF Training Academy; * Recognition and development of our people through professional growth and advancement; * Well-being and preventive health initiatives; * Family-responsible employer, recognizing the importance of balancing professional, personal, and family life, offering relevant benefits accordingly. **At CUF, we recognize the dedication and effort of our teams—and therefore invest continuously in improving well-being and working conditions to positively impact your role.** **We value diversity and inclusion.
