This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. **THE ROLE** We are looking for a \#TechTalent to work as a **Java Developer (Global Markets)** for a national project. **YOUR DAY TO DAY** * Responsible for the development and maintenance of the application; * Ensure the platform is developed and maintained to the highest standards of quality, security, and performance; * Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews; * Collaborate with the production support team for release and maintenance of the components; * Work directly with business users to understand the requirements and perform L3 support when needed. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR** * Computer Science major (or related) with high GPA or 3 years of relevant experience; * Experience with understanding the requirements and software application testing; * Experience frontend or fullstack development and/or experience with asyncronous messaging and/or ability to navigate and understand evolved codebases; * Experience in agile development methodologies and team collaboration; * Ideally, exposure to Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of Cash Equities; * Solid experience with Java 21\+ and Spring framework; * Experience with RDBMs and SQL; * Knowledge of Messaging; * Knowledge of CI/CD, Maven, Git, Shell scripting, JavaScript; * Fluency in English (written \& spoken). **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US** **Stable professional career** Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career. **Prospects for career advancement** You can access training and new certifications that will further elevate your skills.
