Focus on quality and customer excellence Shift Supervisor – Restaurant | Part-time We are recruiting a **Shift Supervisor** to join a restaurant team in a dynamic and demanding **shopping mall** environment. We seek someone with restaurant experience, leadership capability, and enthusiasm for teamwork, who can ensure smooth operations during their shift and deliver high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities * Ensure smooth operation during the shift; * Coordinate, supervise, and support the team; * Assign tasks and ensure compliance with procedures; * Maintain quality, service, and food safety standards; * Deliver an excellent customer experience; * Supervise store opening and/or closing; * Assist in stock management and inventory control; * Monitor operational goals and KPIs; * Support the Store Manager in daily team and operational management; * Identify and resolve any issues arising during the shift. What We Are Looking For * Prior restaurant experience, preferably in leadership roles; * Strong organizational and priority management skills; * Leadership and teamwork capabilities; * Customer- and results-oriented mindset; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Good communication skills; * Enthusiasm for dynamic, fast-paced environments; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
