This position is ideal for senior professionals with proven experience in Salesforce development, technical leadership capability, and a strong orientation toward quality, architecture, and continuous delivery. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of **8 years of experience in Salesforce development**. * Solid hands-on experience with **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Integrations**. * Practical experience in **unit testing, defect analysis, and troubleshooting**. * Strong knowledge of **Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines**. * Proficiency in **JavaScript** and **HTML** for template customization and troubleshooting browser-specific behavior. * Strong ability in **technical leadership and development team management**. * Effective communication and collaboration skills in an international context. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
