Between work, cultural adaptation, and being far from what's familiar, we often feel like we can't go on. This group was created precisely for this: to give you a **safe space in Spanish** where you can let go, recharge, and feel supported. ## Who is this for? For women who: * **Have a burnout diagnosis or suspect they might have one** (if you only suspect it or identify with the symptoms, you're welcome too). * **Want to better understand burnout** and how it’s affecting them. * **Are looking for practical tools** to manage stress and exhaustion. * **Wish to prevent burnout** and strengthen self-care habits. ## Here you will be able to: ✨ **Learn practical tools** to manage stress, exhaustion, and regain motivation. ✨ **Have an emotional support network in Spanish**, with women who understand what you're going through. ✨ **Connect and feel understood** by people who have also left their home country behind. ✨ Remember that **you are not alone** on this journey. Each session combines a short psychoeducation segment, practical exercises, and time to share in the group. 👉 **Limited to 10 spots.** **Reserve your spot as soon as possible to secure your place.** 📍 **Format:** online ⏰ **Duration:** 75 minutes ## Cost: * 💛 **Inaugural first session** * To celebrate the launch, the **first session will have a special price of €19** ## 💛 About the sessions Each *Space for You* session is **unique and different**, with a central theme related to emotional well-being, stress management, self-compassion, and life as an expatriate woman. You don’t need to attend every session to benefit from the group — **you can join just one session or come as many times as you'd like.** Each meeting is designed to be **complete on its own**, but if you choose to continue, you'll discover new tools and build a deeper connection with the group. The goal is to offer you a space where you can **let go, learn, and reconnect**, without pressure or fixed commitments. ## 👩💻 About the facilitator My name is **[Armandina Ramírez](https://www.linkedin.com/in/armandina-ram%C3%ADrez-tamez/)**. I'm a Mexican psychologist from Monterrey, living in Amsterdam for several years now. I specialize in supporting expatriates through adaptation processes, migration grief, stress, trauma, eating disorders, and burnout. I know firsthand what it means to live far away: the challenges, the nostalgia, and also the strength that comes from connecting with others experiencing the same. That’s why I created this group: so you’d have a safe, warm, and professional space to care for yourself and feel supported.
