About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst for a project in the healthcare sector, requiring on-site work, with a focus on data analysis, transformation, and automation to support the Data Analytics team. The role involves creating and optimizing reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating on continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Analyze and transform data to support the Data Analytics team, with emphasis on report and dashboard creation. Develop, maintain, and improve reports for Logistics and HR departments. Optimize performance, automate processes, and evolve existing solutions. Support process transformation and automation, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with business areas to address reporting and analytical requirements. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis. Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, and Alteryx. Alteryx license is mandatory. Experience in data integration, processing, and transformation. Ability to develop and enhance reports with a focus on efficiency and quality. Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Availability to work on-site. Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. Project Context Project within the healthcare sector.
