Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as the main point of contact between internal clients and IT teams, understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements to optimize processes. Opportunity for career progression within a solid group **Responsibilities** --------------------- Act as the **main point of contact between internal clients** and IT teams; Understand **automotive import business processes** (logistics, product, orders, parts, etc.); Translate functional needs into **clear, prioritized technical requirements**; Support the **definition and implementation of technological solutions** that improve process efficiency; **Manage and align stakeholder expectations**, ensuring smooth and transparent communication; Identify opportunities for **process automation, digitization, and optimization**; Collaborate with technical teams on **project delivery and continuous improvements**. **Profile** ---------- Bachelor’s degree in **Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent fields**; Previous experience in **Business Partner, IT Account Manager, or IT Service Manager roles**; Solid knowledge of **automotive import processes**; Strong **orientation toward internal clients**, with excellent communication skills and empathy; Ability to **negotiate priorities** and **manage multiple stakeholders**; Dynamic mindset, positive attitude, and drive to deliver results.
