Job Mission Join the functional team of a company with over 40 years of experience developing Human Resources solutions, supporting software implementation, configuration, and user support—ensuring correct system usage by end users and contributing to continuous service quality improvement. Main Responsibilities * Assist in user training by preparing support materials and clarifying basic questions under the functional coordinator’s supervision. * Collaborate in the installation of Human Resources software, performing basic configurations and support tasks under guidance. * Execute simple configuration tasks following instructions from the functional coordinator to adapt the HR system to client requirements. * Provide functional user support: receive and log support calls, escalating complex issues to the functional coordinator. * Participate in system testing by executing predefined test cases and reporting any errors or inconsistencies identified. * Contribute to documentation maintenance by assisting in updating user manuals and guides. * Comply with assigned SGQ (Quality Management System) processes, gaining experience in the company’s quality standards. * Perform specific operational tasks assigned by Management or the functional coordinator as part of professional learning and development. Required Profile * Academic background in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related fields. * Interest in customer interaction and providing support for HR software users. * Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. * Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus. * Team spirit and motivation to advance in the field of functional consulting for Human Resources solutions.
