If you enjoy craft beer and seek long-term commitment, this may be the ideal opportunity for you. At least 1 year of general bar experience is required. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and independent, capable of multitasking and working under pressure. The ideal candidate for this role is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can occasionally lift heavy objects. Willingness to prepare simple appetizers is required; knowledge of basic cocktail preparation is a plus. Availability to work most weekends from 5/6 PM until 2/3 AM is required.
