Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing frontend development team **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company specializing in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** **PPM Coachers,** with 17 years of experience in the market, focus on training, consulting, and team reinforcement, supporting organizations in defining operating models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why join PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high\-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and digitally evolving environments. * Close support, continuous development, and integration into an experienced and excellence\-driven team **PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Lead Frontend Developer – Angular \& E\-commerce Focus!** * Analyzing the current frontend landscape, comparing options, and defining a scalable frontend strategy to support the international rollout of the marketplace. * Aligning frontend strategy and roadmap with global stakeholders across headquarters and country organizations. * Designing and establishing processes and organizational structures to support roadmap execution. * Leading and driving frontend development to deliver a best\-in\-class premium omnichannel consumer experience. * Designing and implementing responsive, intuitive user interfaces for B2B2C platforms, covering complete user journeys, new features, and feature sets to improve user experience and conversion. * Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and solution architects to ensure high\-quality frontend delivery. * Implementing SEO best practices and technical optimizations to improve visibility and performance. * Integrating third\-party applications, plug\-ins, and external/internal services. * Delivering high\-quality frontend solutions for web platforms and native mobile applications (iOS and Android). * Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application efficiency. * Writing, executing, and maintaining robust test cases. * Evaluating the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and providing recommendations to product owners. * Troubleshooting and fixing frontend\-related bugs and issues. * Maintaining comprehensive documentation of frontend code, APIs, and technical solutions. * Building, mentoring, and growing a high\-performing frontend development team in an international and cross\-country setup. * Acting as the go\-to person for frontend\-related topics for the Lisbon OCS development team, in close alignment with the Head of Marketplace. * **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related digital/technical field. * Minimum of 5\+ years of relevant professional experience as a Frontend Developer in consumer\-facing e\-commerce environments. * Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead frontend role. * Strong and up\-to\-date knowledge of modern frontend technologies and e\-commerce trends. * Hands\-on experience with TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, Ionic, or similar frameworks. * Solid understanding of distributed architectures and API integrations (RESTful, GraphQL, message\-based services). * Experience implementing SEO principles and tracking solutions. * Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. * Experience with native mobile development (iOS, Android) or hybrid cross\-platform applications. * Knowledge of security standards such as OpenID, OAuth, CORS, and JWT. * Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Shape\-Up, or similar). * Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills in cross\-cultural and remote teams. * High adaptability, flexibility, and comfort working in dynamic environments. * Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. **Work location:** Lisbon **Work model:** Hybrid (2x) \- Flexible
