We are looking for a Manager to lead the team at our pastry shop establishment. We seek someone with leadership spirit, sound judgment, and passion for creating excellent experiences for customers and staff. Your daily responsibilities: Lead a team of approximately 30 people across front-of-house and kitchen Ensure service operates in an organized, efficient, and energetic manner Manage closing procedures, inventory, and staff scheduling Monitor customer service and ensure the best possible experience for customers What we seek: Minimum 4 years’ experience managing bars, restaurants, or breweries Communicative, organized, and responsible profile Strong leadership and team management capabilities Availability to work evenings and weekends Own transportation preferred What we offer: Competitive salary commensurate with responsibilities Meal allowances included Growth opportunities.
