Positive work environment and opportunities for professional advancement Pau de Canela Pastry Shop, which produces its own goods, is looking for an organized, dedicated, and dynamic professional to serve as Store Manager, thereby strengthening its Lisbon team. Job Responsibilities: · Support the Manager in daily store operations; · Coordinate and motivate the team; · Plan, organize, and coordinate all necessary resources to achieve business objectives; · Greet and serve customers courteously and professionally, ensuring adherence to defined service standards; · Perform table and counter service; · Ensure product restocking, organization, and presentation; · Comply with and enforce company-defined Occupational Health and Safety regulations; · Ensure the store has the correct number and quality of human resources required to meet objectives; · Enforce employee appearance guidelines; · Ensure all food hygiene and safety conditions are maintained in the store; · Ensure proper restocking and display of products in the store; · Handle customer complaints from the store Requirements: · Prior experience as Assistant Manager, intermediate supervisor, or Store Manager, preferably in the pastry industry; · Leadership and team management capabilities; · Strong communication and presentation skills; · Passion for customer service and teamwork; · Proactive attitude; · Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, attendance reliability, and punctuality; · Immediate availability. · Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade We Offer: · Positive work environment; · Competitive salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; · Opportunities for career progression; · Employment contract.
