What is this challenge about * Lead the technical design and development of web applications using .NET and React; * Define and maintain scalable architecture and development best practices; * Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services using .NET / .NET Core; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality digital solutions; * Ensure implementation of web security standards and vulnerability mitigation practices; * Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and release processes; * Monitor and optimize web performance, including Core Web Vitals; * Support implementation and integration of analytics, tag management, and consent tools. Does it sound exciting? \ What we are looking for * Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer; * Minimum of 7 years of application development experience using the .NET framework; * Strong knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and the front\-end ecosystem; * Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs; * Experience with GitHub, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines; * Knowledge of web security policies, particularly CSP, OWASP, and vulnerability mitigation; * Experience with web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals); * Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS (Plus); * Knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager (Plus); * Understanding of technical SEO (Plus); * Experience managing cookies, tag managers, and consent management platforms (CMP) (Plus).
