You will play an essential role in optimizing and implementing financial control and management procedures, working closely with our CFO to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the company’s and group’s financial data. **About us** Founded in 2003, ONE was established with the mission of creating high-quality watches at accessible prices. With offices in Lisbon and Porto, our predominantly female team reflects our commitment to inspiring confidence and personal expression. **Responsibilities** **Management Control and Process Implementation:** * Implement new Management Control procedures and tools to ensure financial efficiency and reliability * Restructure and optimize existing Management Control procedures * Collaborate with the Finance Director to optimize processes and implement best practices **Financial Analysis and Reporting:** * Prepare detailed financial reports on sales, revenue, and performance across different business areas * Analyze and manage the P&L (Profit & Loss Statement) of various business areas within the group * Produce monthly KPI reports and variance analysis against budget and prior-year periods * Support planning, execution, and management information reporting to aid strategic decision-making **Budgeting and Budgetary Control:** * Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and conduct budgetary control * Identify and analyze variances against budget and provide corrective recommendations * Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial information within budgetary control and operational management **Decision-Making Support:** * Collect, systematize, and analyze financial and operational information to support management decisions * Provide direct support to the Finance Directorate across various departmental functions—from financial analysis to strategic decision-making * Ensure minimization of errors in financial data and transparency of reported information * Act as the primary liaison with Accounting, ensuring correct integration of accounting processes with financial management **What we are looking for** We seek a dynamic individual who thrives in a results-oriented environment to join our team and help us achieve our goals. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related fields * Professional experience in management control or finance roles, preferably in product distribution and retail companies * Solid knowledge of accounting and financial control tools * Proficiency in IT systems and financial reporting tools (Advanced Excel, ERPs) * Fluency in English * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
