To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated person to support our sales and customer service operations. **Responsibilities:** This part-time position offers excellent development opportunities towards a full-time role. Main responsibilities include: * Responding to direct customer inquiries via email regarding tour and activity information and quotations * Communicating with partners and establishing new contacts to expand our activity portfolio * Directly selling tours and activities to end customers * Implementing new marketing strategies to increase revenue **Required knowledge and skills:** * Basic knowledge of Portuguese * Fluent in English and German (C2 level) * Strong negotiation and sales skills (sales experience preferred) * Excellent communication abilities * Residence near Calheta, Madeira **Salary:** Base salary with possibility of **performance-based bonuses** Job type: Part-time, Full-time Pay: From €950.00 per month Expected hours: 40 per week
