




Summary: We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to lead organizational transformation initiatives, focusing on adoption, capability-building, and stakeholder engagement. Highlights: 1. Support stabilization and reinforcement of change post-go-live. **Description du poste** We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adoption, capability\-building, and engagement among all stakeholders. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct diagnostic activities and organizational impact analyses. * Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned with the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement). * Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder management plans. * Monitor adoption and readiness indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary. * Lead awareness sessions, workshops, and capability‑building activities for different teams. * Work closely with functional and technical teams. * Support the definition of user profiles, journey mapping, and training needs. * Develop process\-oriented training materials and facilitate hands\-on sessions for key and end users. * Support the post–go\-live Hypercare strategy, ensuring stabilization and reinforcement of the change. * Map critical stakeholders and develop engagement strategies. * Create communication content (newsletters, campaigns, FAQs, quick guides, short videos, etc.). * Ensure continuous alignment between the project team, sponsors, and impacted areas. **Profil*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. * Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in consulting, specifically in Change Management. * Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects (highly valued). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). * Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a strong plus. * Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions. * Proficiency with tools for creating learning and training content (PowerPoint, Canva, among others). * Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools is an advantage. * Fluency in English. **À propos d'Inetum** Inetum is a **European leader in digital services**, supporting organizations as they navigate continuous technological change and accelerate their digital transformation.
