Job Summary: We are looking for an Internal Sales Assistant to support the sales team in customer follow-up, lead management, proposal preparation, and ensuring excellent customer service. ROLE: Provide support to the sales team in customer and business opportunity follow-up. Contact potential business partners to present our services. Manage lead follow-up and register information in the CRM. Prepare commercial proposals and support the sales process. Provide customer support throughout the entire commercial process. Coordinate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service. Perform administrative tasks supporting commercial operations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction. Organized, dynamic profile with a strong sense of responsibility. Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to grow. Team spirit. Good user-level computer skills. Administrative, commercial, or customer support experience is considered an advantage.
