Training and certification opportunities **Position: IT Technician (Systems Administration / Security)** We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on Windows‑based systems administration, security, and networking to join our technology team. **Key Responsibilities** * Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus). * Management of RDWeb environments and user support. * Administration and operation of VMware infrastructures. * Configuration, management, and segmentation of corporate network environments. * Implementation and management of network assets, including Cisco and Fortinet switching and firewalls. * Deployment and operation of information security tools such as Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SIEM solutions. * Support in compliance and security audits. * Monitoring and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructures. **Required Profile** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field. * Proven experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration. * Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware). * Strong experience with switching and firewalling (Cisco and Fortinet), including network segmentation. * Familiarity with security and vulnerability management tools (Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon / SIEM). * Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). * Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and teamwork mindset. * Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). **We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic and innovative multinational team. * Participation in challenging IT and Cybersecurity projects. * Training and certification opportunities. * Competitive salary package aligned with experience and qualification.
