Collaborate across Business, Development, Testing, and Operations teams **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Perform Functional and Process Analysis activities, designing solutions aligned with business requirements, business rules, and functional architecture standards; * Model and improve business processes, providing functional support and collaboration across Business, Development, Testing, and Operations teams throughout solution delivery. **Profile:** * Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business or Functional Analysis; * Strong knowledge of functional analysis techniques, requirements definition, UML, and systems analysis; * Knowledge of BPMN and conceptual/logical data modelling; * Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs; * Knowledge of Information Management and Power Designer is a plus; * Fluent in English (written and spoken).
