Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Manager to join the Expansion Department, providing support and guidance in managing and analyzing clinic performance. Key Highlights: 1. GrupoConcept, the largest Portuguese franchising group operating in beauty, aesthetics, and wellness — owner of the BodyConcept and DepilConcept brands and with international presence — is seeking an **Operational Manager** to join the Expansion Department. **Responsibilities** · Support and guidance during pre\-opening and opening of pilot clinics · Analysis of clinics’ commercial and technical performance · Commercial and customer service training · Evaluation of procedures, guidelines, and brand image · Supervision and auditing of clinics · Monitoring the opening of pilot clinics for Master Franchisees · Support in recruitment and selection of teams for Master Franchisees’ clinics · Support in implementing strategies defined to improve the performance of International Masters · Management of cosmetic Concept\+ order requests from Masters **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field · Experience in Sales and Team Management · Experience in managing and analyzing KPIs · Fluency in English **(eliminatory criterion)** · Proficiency in MS Office **Profile** · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Initiative and proactivity · Leadership ability · Positive and professional attitude · Organized and responsible. **Conditions** · Integration into a solid company within its sector; · Employment contract; · Base salary \+ bonuses **Contact** If you believe you are the candidate we are looking for, please send your CV to recrutamento@grupoconcept.com with the subject line "Expansão25".
