Job Summary:
Manage technical construction and renovation projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and legal compliance while acting as an internal business partner.

#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Supervise project and inspection teams and support the management of contracts related to technical projects, ensuring the defined profitability criteria (timelines, cost, and quality) for each project;
* Ensure sharing and dissemination of all necessary information to stakeholders involved in each project, conducting periodic progress reviews and follow-up meetings;
* Monitor and ensure achievement of qualitative and quantitative project objectives, as well as their progression and completion within the defined profitability criteria;
* Act as an *internal business partner*, contributing market trend knowledge and expertise to support successful store development;
* Manage supplier service negotiation processes to maximize initial investment and subsequent profitability;
* Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable projects through personal *know-how*, aligned with Habitante trends;
* Monitor current legislation and ensure quality and compliance with legal standards across all aspects of store construction and renovation projects;
* Execute and interpret civil engineering and specialty project drawings;
* Ensure compliance with all ADEO standards in the execution of technical projects in which you are involved.
#### **Who We Are Looking For**
* 5–7 years of experience in Construction Management;
* Academic background in Engineering (mandatory);
* Experience in Retail Construction Projects (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel frequently across the country to stores/construction sites;
* Proactivity and sense of responsibility;
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
* Good English language proficiency.
