**We are looking for:**
A MAC Analyst (Management Accounting) with 3\-4 years of experience in a shared services environment, to support our team throughout the monthly close period, contributing to costing and inventory valuation and asset accounting activities. The role is designed to strengthen accurate reporting and well\-documented finance processes, with a strong focus on data quality, controls, and traceability. **We count on you for:**
Work directly with key stakeholders (e.g., site controllers, industrial controllers, Country Accounting Managers) to gather inputs, align on conclusions, and ensure timely delivery—demonstrating strong follow\-up and communication.
Provide direct support to external auditors, including preparing audit\-ready documentation, responding to questions, and coordinating timely follow\-ups with stakeholders, with appropriate guidance and escalation when required.
Execute internal controls (checklists, evidence collection, basic reconciliations) and contribute to continuous improvements to strengthen compliance with policies and procedures.

**You will bring:**
Qualifications \& Technical Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
3–4\+ years of relevant experience in Management Accounting / Controlling / Costing / Inventory Accounting / Asset Accounting
Strong knowledge of M365 tools and SAP
Fluent in English
AI tools: ability to use AI tools to support day\-to\-day tasks (with appropriate validation of outputs)

* The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €22,400 to €28,000\. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
