We have an opportunity for a **CSA Supervisor** on a major data centre project in **Sines, Portugal.** The successful candidate will supervisor the co\-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages. You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the co\-ordination of the **Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages**. * Lead the **management of site safety** in conjunction with safety personnel, including set\-up, ongoing monitoring, and close\-out. * Oversee **site quality assurance (QA)** processes in conjunction with the project team. * Manage the **project schedule** in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met. * Take responsibility for **all day\-to\-day site operations**. * Manage and coordinate **subcontractor activities**, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings. * Oversee and maintain **site documentation** in line with project and client requirements. * Attend and actively contribute to **site meetings**, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co\-ordination meetings, and handover meetings. * Support the **close\-out of project deliverables**, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety \& QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion. * Ensure all aspects of **change management** (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented. * Review construction **drawings and setting\-out details** for accuracy and buildability. * Carry out, distribute, and close out **CSA snag lists**. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience * Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel * Strong communication, numeracy, and problem\-solving skills * At least 5\+ years relevant experience * Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects **Benefits** * Opportunity to work with a Market Leader in the Data centre Industry * Supportive career development * Competitive salary package * Collaborative team environment * Pipeline of project growth ***Winthrop Technologies Ltd are an equal opportunities employer***
