We are seeking qualified professionals to join our client’s permanent staff directly, ensuring a transparent selection process focused on valuing competencies. ***Function Objective:*** Perform masonry, cladding, concrete pouring, and finishing work on the company's construction projects, ensuring quality, technical precision, and safety in all tasks carried out, in accordance with project specifications and higher-level instructions. ***Requirements:*** Proven experience in this role (minimum 2\-3 years). Proficiency in civil construction techniques and finishing methods. Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions.
