Responsibilities: * Ensure 24×7 operation of application platforms, managing incidents, changes, problems, and major incidents; * Ensure end-to-end observability of platforms through metrics, logs, and traces, promoting performance tuning and capacity management; * Lead automation and standardization initiatives for deployments, upgrades, and operations, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and runbooks; * Govern operational security of platforms—including patching, hardening, certificate management, secrets, and identities—in coordination with SecOps; * Plan and execute the technology evolution roadmap for platforms, reducing technical debt; * Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring SLA compliance, escalations, and contractual obligations; * Produce executive reporting on availability, MTTR/MTTA, SLOs, and costs, communicating clearly with various stakeholders; * Develop and lead the team, ensuring shift coverage/on-call rotations, coaching, skill development, and a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields; * Experience managing and operating application platforms in on-premises and cloud environments; * Solid knowledge of operating systems and middleware (Linux, Windows, web servers, load balancers, messaging); * Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes); * Knowledge of cloud platforms and PaaS services (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code; * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance management; * Experience with ITIL processes and/or SRE practices.
