Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible with excellent communication skills For our store in Lisbon, we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for 20 hours per week. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting * Ensure optimum sales levels are met * Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed * Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look * To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business * Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction * Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers **Your Profile** * Customer service and/or retail experience preferred * Dedicated, team\-oriented and flexible * Excellent communication and 'people' skills * Confidence, drive and enthusiasm * Fluent in Portuguese, English is advantageous
