TheCapital Markets team at CBRE supports clients throughout the full investmentcycle, from acquisition to divestment, as well as in M\&A and Debt Advisoryprocesses involving real estate assets. We combine deep financial expertisewith a broad understanding of the real estate market across all asset classes. Weare looking for a new team member to join the Analyst Pool , providing support across sectors, clients, andtransactions while gaining exposure to strategic decision ‑ making,business plans, proposals, presentations and meetings with clients, banks, andinvestors. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You willplay a key role in supporting investment and divestment processes, preparinganalyses, materials and insights that drive client decisions in real estatetransactions. **Your key responsibilities include:** Preparing and analyzing financial models , valuation exercises, business plans and strategic plans for real estate investments. Conducting market research , gathering and interpreting sector data for different asset classes. Preparing presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions. Participating in commercial engagement with investors, clients and banks. Supporting transaction processes, both buy ‑ side and sell ‑ side , throughout their full lifecycle. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture . Up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate (preferred), consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas. Strong strategic thinking , analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively. Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for learning. Strong communication skills and team spirit . Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or French is a plus. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint , with the ability to independently build financial models and business presentations. WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
