Who are we looking for? **Senior Salesforce Developer \- Full Remote** **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements * Lead development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points * Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans * Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines * Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps * Support deployment, testing, and release activities across environments * Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives **Required Experience \& Qualifications** * Minimum of 600 man\-days of hands\-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Developer (approximately 3\+ years of practical delivery experience) * Proven experience working with the following Salesforce products: o Education Cloud o Marketing Cloud o Service Cloud o Data Cloud o Experience Cloud o Agentforce o Analytics / Tableau * Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns * Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, deployment strategies, and release management * English: Fluent **Certifications (Required)** * Salesforce Platform Developer II * Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer * Salesforce Certified System Architect **Nice to Have** * Experience working in enterprise or multi\-org environments * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce * Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills **Work Model:** Full Remote Submit your application and come simplify the futurewith us!
