Target Profiles: * AS400 PROGRAMMER: Requirements: More than 5 years of experience in developing IBM midrange systems, specifically AS400, i5, IBM\-i. Design of relational data models. SQL language with focus on DB2 for i variant. File and display definition language DDS. CL and CLLE programming languages. RPG programming language, variants RPG3, RPGLE, and RPGFree. English B2\. Location: Hybrid \- Carcavelos * DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR: Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and at least 3 years within public-sector organizations employing more than 1,000 staff. Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, PowerShell, and Linux systems. Mandatory certification: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate. Completion of at least 3 specific Microsoft courses (MS\-20765, MS\-20764C, MS\-55069, or MS55144\). English C1\. Location: Hybrid \- Almada * FUNCTIONAL TESTER: Requirements: \+3 years of experience. Experience in manual functional testing. Experience in SQL. Location: Remote (Portugal) * UX/UI DESIGNER: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud). Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: Hybrid \- Lisbon * DESIGN SYSTEM: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience in branding & branding libraries (mandatory). Experience with design software and graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud). Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: Hybrid \- Lisbon * ILLUSTRATION AND ANIMATION DESIGNER: Requirements: More than 2 years of experience in the role. Experience in UX/UI (e.g., Accessibility, Design Methodologies and Methods, Design Systems and UX, Figma), video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro), and motion graphics.
