You'll have the opportunity to progress within a fast\-growing international company with a strong corporate culture. * Job Description: **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and actively recruit new business partners, ensuring integration of new experiences and services into gift boxes and gift cards; * Develop and maintain solid and long\-term relationships with current and potential partners, presenting collaboration opportunities and joint growth; * Promote the benefits of integration into our offerings, highlighting brand visibility, promotional potential and increased business opportunities; * Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, defining participation terms, promotional benefits and commercial considerations; * Ensure continuous partner follow\-up, providing support, analyzing results and proposing optimization actions to enhance partnership performance and profitability; * Collaborate with internal teams in defining commercial development strategies and enhancing our offerings. * Your Profile: Your primary mission will be to identify, recruit and develop strategic partnerships with merchants, service providers and companies, contributing to the growth and diversification of offerings available in gift boxes and gift cards. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on expanding the partner network and maximizing the value proposition of our offerings. * Are you ambitious?
